Archiving and Digital Preservation Policy
Qubahan Political Journal (QPJ) recognizes the importance of preserving published scholarly content and maintaining long-term access to the scholarly record.
The publisher maintains regular backups of the journal's Open Journal Systems database, article files, metadata, and associated publishing resources to support recovery in the event of technical failure or data loss.
QPJ is committed to establishing and maintaining appropriate long-term digital preservation arrangements for its published content.
Only preservation services in which QPJ's participation or deposit status can be independently verified are identified publicly as active preservation partners.
Published articles are assigned persistent Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to support durable identification and linking.
Information concerning verified digital-preservation services will be updated on this page when participation is confirmed.
CLOCKSS: The journal supports the CLOCKSS digital preservation initiative to promote the long-term accessibility and preservation of scholarly publications, subject to confirmed participation.
LOCKSS: The journal supports LOCKSS-compatible archiving mechanisms designed to preserve scholarly content through distributed, independently maintained digital copies.
PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): The journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform supports integration with the PKP Preservation Network, which provides long-term preservation of published content through LOCKSS-based archival infrastructure, subject to activation and successful deposit.
