All research articles submitted to Qubahan Political Journal undergo initial editorial screening for scope, originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and presentation. At least two independent external reviewers evaluate manuscripts that pass editorial screening using a double-anonymous peer-review process. The journal conceals the identities of authors and reviewers from each other. Reviewers must declare conflicts of interest and maintain confidentiality. The handling editor evaluates the reports, and the Editor-in-Chief makes the final editorial decision.
