The APC is payable only after successful completion of peer review and final editorial acceptance.

The APC of USD 750 is the only publication-related charge. QPJ does not impose any other fees on authors.

• Page or excess-length charges: USD 0

• Color figures and illustrations: USD 0

• Supplementary material charges: USD 0

• Copyediting and typesetting: USD 0 (included in APC)

• DOI registration and metadata: USD 0 (included in APC)

• Standard proofreading and production: USD 0 (included in APC)

No hidden, mandatory, or additional publication charges are imposed beyond the stated APC.

3. Services Covered by the APC

The APC supports editorial administration, manuscript production, standard copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, online publication, metadata management, journal platform maintenance, and publishing operations.

4. Payment Conditions

Authors are not required to pay any fees at submission or during peer review.

The APC invoice is issued only after the manuscript has received final editorial acceptance.

Payment does not guarantee acceptance, preferential review, accelerated editorial decisions, or favorable reviewer recommendations.

5. Editorial Independence

All editorial decisions are based exclusively on scientific quality, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, research integrity, and the journal's editorial standards.
